The West Virginia Juvenile Delinquent Information System (JUDI) had been developed by the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources in collaboration with the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and its Court Improvement Program Oversight Board. The objective is to facilitate the production of Title IV-E compliant court orders in juvenile delinquency and status offense cases.
